How do I upgrade my account?
Anytime you are logged into your free account, you can simply click on the “upgrade now” button at the top right of the page. Your account will be upgraded immediately after paying.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account please visit log in and visit our contact us page. Just click the cancellation button and fill in the form.

How can I pay for this account?
You can pay via credit or debit cards. We use the trusted WorldPay service for secure, encrypted online payments for your piece of mind.

What about Refunds?
Refunds are at the discretion of company management. If you have upgraded in error then please contact us as soon as possible. Since we offer a free account as well as a paid one you can see if the service meets your needs before upgrading.
Creating and Publishing Polls, Surveys & Quizzes?
Once you have opened an account you can use the simple 3 step wizard to setup and launch your survey. The complete process takes just a few minutes:
1. Design the questionnaire
Use the visual editor to enter the question and answers. You can choose from various question formats (free-text, multiple choice, ratings etc.) You can even include images and videos. You can customize the color and style of the questionnaire or choose from one of the supplied style templates.
2. Setup additional options
Additional options include, a custom thank you page or URL. Duplicate blocking, password protection and more.
3. Launch your survey
We provide you with either a simple link to your survey, or options to automatically email the survey to your contact list (opt-in emails only) or the code to display the survey as a popup on your existing web site.
What if I exceed the limits on the Free acct?
Your surveys will remain active but you will no longer have access to the results you have collected. We will continue to collect the results for a short time to ensure you do not loose any data but you will need to upgrade to continue working with that survey.

Who owns the data I collect?
You own the data you collect. Nothing that you upload or collect through our service (including emails or results) will be used by us for any reason other than to provide you with the service you are subscribing to.

What about BooRoo security?
We have been providing online survey services since 2001 and have a huge amount of experience in dealing with this kind of sensitive data. Access to our data center is restricted to authorized staff only with key card access and electronic surveillance.
Our servers kept up-to-date with the latest security updates and are protected by two levels of firewall. In the event of an equipment failure we have standby servers running 24/7 which hold a real-time backup and can be swapped into place in a few minutes if necessary.
Should the data center be subject to a major event such as earthquake or fire then we have offsite backup in place (again backed up in real-time to ensure zero data loss.)

Yes, images can be uploaded into a photo gallery and used throughout your questionnaire.
Can I add video?
Yes. Our system supports both YouTube and Google Videos.
Can I change the look and feel?
Yes. We offer a growing group of professionally designed skins/templates to expedite your creation and publishing process. Choose one of theBooRoo designs or create your own design.
Can I add my own brand/logo?
Yes. In order to effectively convey your brand promise, you should include your logo whenever possible.

How do I distribute my surveys, polls or quizzes?
We provide you with either a simple link to your survey, or options to automatically email the survey to your contact list (opt-in emails only) or the code to display the survey as a popup on your existing web site.
Can I export results to Excel?
Yes. You can export to Excel or leverage the BooRoo feedback and graphs for presentations.
Can I see a complete set of data responses?
Upgraded customers receive the full set of data collected. This data is viewable either online or as a spreadsheet download.
Note: Free users only have access to the aggregate totals.
